Some answers to your questions:

Can I bring my pet?

No, we have a very strict NO pet Policy in all the cottages.
Is there secure bicycle storage?

There is a secure, locked and completely enclosed shed to store your bikes on the property. Or you can keep your bike(s) locked on the private verandah of your cottage.

Whilst storing of bicycles inside the cottages is not encouraged, you may keep your bike inside the cottage, provided the lead guest takes full responsibility for any damages/cleaning costs that may occur. We provide adequate drop sheets/towels for your bike to be placed on inside the cottage.
Do you have an outdoor heated swimming Pool?

Yes, we have a solar heated swimming pool, (open seasonally) with seating and pool toys.
Do you have a Fire Pit

Yes, we have a Fire Pit area with seating. Wood is available to purchase from Reception.
Do you have BBQ facilities?

Yes, we have an outdoor BBQ (with cooking utensils) and picnic table available for guests' use. The area is well lit at night.
Do you offer a babysitting service?

Yes, babysitting is available upon request. This is not a complimentary service and fees will apply. Please contact owner, Jenny (0402 465179) for more information.
Is there late check-out available on day of departure?

If available, this can be discussed and arranged, but is not guaranteed. An extra fee may apply.
Do you have a Port-a-cot and highchair available?

Yes, we have a port-a-cot (and linen) and a highchair available. There is an additional fee of $10 per night (for combined use of the port-a-cot and highchair)

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in on your day of arrival is after 3:00pm and check-out on your day of departure is no later than 10am.
Is late check in OK?

Check in after 6pm is fine. Please contact us before your arrival if you are going to arrive after 10pm, so we can arrange to leave the keys out for you and advise which apartment you will be staying in.
Is there free parking for guests? Is the parking undercover?

Yes, there is one car spot designated for each cottage. The parking spot is not undercover. There is free parking available for extra cars near the reception entrance.
Is all the linen supplied?

Yes, all linen is supplied and included in the room rate.
Can I have my hen/stag/buck's or similar party at the cottages?

No, we will not accommodate hen, stag/buck's or similar parties.
What is the foot access like to the cottages?

Access to all the 2 bedroom cottages is directly from where your car is parked behind the cottage. There is a short paved path with 3 steps and a handrail to the rear entrance of each cottage.
Access to the One Bedroom Apartment is down a sloping paved path with 3 steps and a hand rail.
Do you allow smoking on the property?

No. For everyone's comfort, we are a smoke free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property. Smoking, vaping, incense and candles are prohibited in the cottages. Breach of these conditions will result in immediate eviction and an additional minimum $350 fee.
